DUMFRIES MODEL EXHIBITION 16/17 May 2010

 

 

Found at the Dumfries Show Sat 16th May 2010 Tri-ang Railways model of an S class. Below the Australian S class in which the model was based on.

 

 

5ft 3" gauge Can be seen at North Williams Town Rail Museum Melbourne Victoria Austrailia.

 

 

The Commonwelath diesel were also part of the Tri-ang series, below the real thing.

 

 

 Port Elizabeth Railway Museun Adelaide. 5ft 3" gauge.

 

 

Tri-ang also made a loco for shunting and passenger use.shunting. The T class is still used in Australia today and has been developed into a P class.

 

 

 

 

A T class locomotive at North Williams town Steam Rail works.

 

 

Tri-ang steam was a bit of a fiddle using a Princess under carrige.
