SILLOTH

The site of Silloth station in West Cumbria has been transformed into a block of flats. Then abandoned. It has gone the same way as the once derelict station.

Part of the weekend of the CRA was a visit to Carlisle Power Box.

The flood defences at Carlisle river Caldew. A new wall has been built. The old wall is being altered.          Is there still room for the goods avoiding line?.

Seems I had not put it in my Oct web newsletter. Some how I did not see it when I was at the Museum.
